* The price for each dining chair, loveseat, Morris chair, and ottoman includes all upholstery costs except for the cost of fabric. Each dining chair requires 1/2 yard of fabric; morris chair requires 4 yards; loveseat requires 8 yards; ottoman requires 1/2 yard. Customers are responsible for selecting and shipping their choice of fabric to me. This is the only way to be sure you end up with exactly the fabric you want.
