Prices are shown for each piece in the Portfolio section.
The same price applies to Cherry, Quartersawn White Oak, Mahagony, Maple, and Walnut. Prices for any other wood can be quickly estimated should you be interested in, say, Bubinga for the Pacific Bed. Just call to discuss pricing on other woods.
The prices for upholstered pieces are based on customer-supplied material. This is the only way I’ve found to insure you end up with exactly the fabric you want.
A printed catalog is also available. Because I build each piece to order, it is easy for you to customize a piece (different size, different wood, etc.). If doing so, just call or email me to discuss the particulars including any price change. I can accept cash/checks, paypal, and credit cards.
If you want a totally custom piece, a detailed discussion will be required to identify your needs. With just a basic idea of what you are looking for, I can provide a free, ballpark cost estimate so you can decide whether to pursue the project. Call or e-mail me to get this process started. I enjoy the collaborative process - if you are going to commission a piece, rather than buying something off a showroom floor, you should also enjoy the process of seeing your ideas come to life. Some clients provide their own rough sketches of what they have in mind, or a picture of a similar piece.
Next, based on our conversations, I'll create a drawing for your approval and comment, along with a cost and time estimate. After your final design approval, I will provide a detailed cost sheet with a firm price quote. I request 50% of the project cost at the start of the project and the remainder upon completion.
Progression from drawings to completed project:
Within a roughly 100 mile radius, I will personally deliver my work for no charge. For greater distances, your furniture will be blanket-wrapped and either delivered by me or shipped by a commercial blanket-wrapped service. Shipping, when required, is 12% of the item's cost.
